Ensure compliance with all plant rules and regulation, and safety initiatives.
Oversee operation of production equipment in assigned department’s to meet productivity and quality goals and reporting concerns or issues to Production Supervisor.
Supervise the day-to-day operations of their team, making sure everyone is pulling their weight, distributing the workload evenly and making sure motivation and performance levels are maintained.
Must have excellent organizational skills and be a self-starter in order to assess priorities of the work area, to organize workload, and to meet deadlines
Must have good interpersonal skills for interacting with direct reports and with employees in other departments.
