• Insulating Glass Certification Council (IGCC®) in accordance with:
   • ASTM Specification E 773/E 774, level CBA
   • ASTM Specification E 2190
   • IGCC® Initial Gas Fill test
• Virginia Glass Products Corp. SureSeal™ Insulating Glass Limited Warranty
• Safety Glazing Certification Council (SGCC®) (applicable to fully tempered glass only) in accordance with:
   • American National Standards Institute, ANSI Z97.1-1984
   • Consumer Product Safety Commission, CPSC 16CFR, Category II
• ASTM Specification C 1048-04 (applicable to heat strengthened and/or fully tempered glass or spandrel only)
• ASTM Specification C 1036-01
• Glass Association of North America, Tempering Division Specifications (applicable to heat strengthened and/or fully tempered glass only)

Virginia Glass Products Corporation’s liability under this warranty shall be limited to replacement of the material F.O.B. our plant in Henry County, Virginia, or, at our option, to refund the purchase price, and we shall not be liable for the cost of removal or installation of, or any incidental, consequential or other damages in connection with such material. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT AGAINST GLASS BREAKAGE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, NO WARRANTY THAT THE MATERIAL IS FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE AND NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
