We warrant the adherence of our Rails/Patch Hardware to the glass door for a period of one (1) year from the invoice date, under normal use and installation, providing these objects have not been altered or modified in any way and are field maintained to industry standards .
We warrant factory supplied closers against defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the invoice date.
Miscellaneous pull hardware, locking devises, etc. furnished by Virginia Glass Products Corp. will carry the original manufacturers’ warranty. Contact factory for information.

SureSeal™ Insulating Glass Limited Warranty - We warrant to the original Buyer only, that our Virginia Glass Products Corp. (VGP) insulating glass units (Units) will not, for a period of ten (10) years from the date of manufacture, develop material obstruction to vision due to defects in materials and workmanship which results in film formation or dust collection on the interior glass surfaces caused exclusively from failure of the factory edge. Warranties for individual glass lites comprising the Unit, including, but not limited to, laminated glass, spandrel glass, pyrolitic or vacuum deposition, glass products are limited to the original manufactuurers' warranty, if less than ten (10) years. The replacement Unit for any Unit replaced under this limited warranty will be covered by the same limited warranty, but only for the balance of the original warranty period.
This warranty shall be void under, and/or not apply to any of the following circumstances; (A) glass breakage; (B) seal failure caused by cracked, chipped, or broken glass, or other damage to the Unit; (C) Units which fail due to non-compliance with, or are not handled, used, maintained, or glazed, in compliance with VGP recommendations or current industry glazing standards including the Insulating Glass Manufactures Alliance (IGMA) latest guidelines for glazing sealed insulating glass Units, or the Glass Association of North America (GANA) Glazing Manual; (D) the Unit is not continuously and adequately mechanically supported on all sides; (E) the Unit is not fully glazed around the penmeter using appropriate glazing materials that are compatible with the edge seal construction; (F) the glazing cavity is not effectively weeped or drained to prevent moisture accumulation the glazing channel, or around the perimeter of the insulating glass Unit; (G) the Unit has been abused or not stored or installed in a workmanlike manner; (H) Units used on any wall sloped more than 15 degrees off vertical or considered skylights; (I) Units shipped outside the continental limits of the United States; (J) Units used in ships, vehicles, or commercial refrigeration; (K) Units in excess of fifty (50) square feet; (L) Units installed in high vibration environments; (M) the Unit is installed in a high-moisture environment which includes, but not necessarily limited to, swimming pools, saunas, greenhouses, and areas having excessive humidity conditions; (N) Units that have been retrofitted with film adhered to any glass surface; (0) Units that have been modified or altered in any way, including, but not neeessarilv limited to the adherence or application of any non-appro~'ed material to any part of the Unit; (P) Units for which the original purchaser did not pay in full; (Q) replacement Units beyond the warranty period applicable to the original Umts supplied to the customer.
Virginia Glass Products Corp.'s liability under this warranty shall he limited to replacement of the Unit F.O.B. the shipping point nearest the installation, or at our option to refund the purchase price, and we shall not be liable for costs of removal or installation of or any other incidental consequential or other damages in connection with, such Unit. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, NO WARRANTY THAT OUR INSULATING GLASS UNITS ARE FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE AND NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Unless so acknowledged, all mirror glass supplied by Virginia Mirror Company, Inc. will be of q2 or better quality as defined in ASTM C 1036-01 4.1.1.1 classification and intended use -Class 1-Clear.
Virginia Mirror Company, Inc. WARRANTS it’s ¼ inch float glass mirrors to be free of silver defects arising from improper production procedures for a period of one year from the date imprinted on the non-reflective side of the mirror. The term “defects” is interpreted only to include discoloration or clouding of the silver film, but is to exclude defects in any mirror which has been:
1. Damaged in storage, handling or installation
2. Installed with an adhesive, including but not limited to mastic or tape, which has not been approved, in writing, by Virginia Mirror Company, Inc., prior to installation
3. Exposed to abnormal conditions, including but not limited to corrosive cleaning agents, paint fumes or drippings, or requirements outside normal architectural conditions
4. Used outside the 48 contiguous United States
5. Broken; or
6. Fabricated other than by Virginia Mirror Company, Inc, including but not limited to edgework; or cut to a size different from that originally supplied.
Virginia Mirror Company, Inc. reserves the right to have any mirror reported to be defective inspected by a qualified factory representative and returned to the factory for testing to determine the cause of the defect.
Virginia Mirror Company, Inc WARRANTS that its glass or mirrors will meet its standard specifications and be free from material defects in manufacture. Virginia Mirror Company’s liability under this warranty shall be limited to replacement of the material F.O.B. our plant in Martinsville, Virginia, or, at our option, to refund the purchase price, and we shall not be liable for the cost of removal or installation of, or any incidental, consequential or other damages in connection with such material. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT AGAINST GLASS BREAKAGE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, NO WARRANTY THAT THE MATERIAL IS FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE AND NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
If Virginia Mirror Company, Inc. elects to supply another product as set forth above, the warranty on said product will extend for the balance of the original one year period.
